Why I cannot choose a postal delivery?


Some of the products are so large that we cannot offer shipping for them at this time. These products are only available for pickup.

Why preparations for Turku pickup takes so long?


I am in Turku about 2-3 times a month, for this reason a pick-up is not possible every day. However, I will contact you immediately after the order is placed and arrange a pick-up time as soon as possible.

I cannot choose a pickup point at the checkout?


I currently handle all mailings manually using Posti parcel deliveries ( https://www.posti.fi/palvelutverkossa/lahettaminen/#/ )

Where are items from?


Most of the items are through private individuals. I take care of marketing and sales, if the item does not sell within 60 days, it returns to the original owner.

I wish to return an item.
